家族で西表島の鍾乳洞をケイビング

(1) Clothing that can get wet

ぬかるんだ道を歩いたり、SUP/カヌーの体験もありますので、基本的には濡れても汚れてもいい服装でお願いします。

 

下半身は長ズボンか、もしくは短パンにレギンスなどがあれば履くことをお勧めします。

 

(2) Towel and change of clothes

腰までが濡れるアクティビティになるので、アクティビティ終了後の着替えのためのタオルや着替えは必要ですね！

 

(3) Plastic bag

Plastic bags for wet clothes and towels are useful if available!

 

(4) Beverages

Iriomote Island is hot and humid, so you will sweat a lot! Especially during summer, you must have a drink!

個人でのケイビングは危険

ケイビングは本格的に始めるなら、ある程度の経験が必要な趣味です。

 

最初はツアーで体験して、洞窟内の移動の仕方などをマスターすることをおすすめします。

 

注意したいのは、服装やその日の体調など、ツアーの場合は事前に注意事項が説明されるはずなので必ず念を入れておきましょう。
