  • On the day of participation: 100% of the tour fee
  • No-show cancellation: 100% of tour fee

  • Meeting and dismissal times may vary depending on the season and field conditions on the day of the tour. The store will contact you the day before the tour with details such as the meeting place and time. If you do not hear from the store by the evening of the day before, please call 0980-85-7240 (ADVENTURE PiPi, Iriomotejima).
    *Schedules are subject to change depending on the weather, tide level, and number of participants on the day of the tour.

 

  • Tours will be held rain or shine. However, the tour may be cancelled if it is determined that the field is unsafe.
    *We will guide you to the best field depending on the wind, tide level, and crowds on the day.

 

  • Please change into clothes that you do not mind getting wet before you arrive.

 

  • Please use the restroom before coming to the event. (There are no restrooms near the site.)

 

  • Please contact us in advance if you will be late.

 

  • The target age range is 6-59 years old.

 

  • For SUP, the minimum age is 12 years old; if you have children between 6 and 11 years old, please choose canoeing.

 

  • We will guide you to the best field according to the wind direction, tide level, and crowds of the day.
    *There is a possibility that you will be guided in the ocean instead of in the mangroves.
