Q. What should I do if the ferry to Uehara Port is cancelled?

Q.I would like to participate from Ishigaki Island. Can I catch the 8:00am ferry from Ishigaki Island?

A. We will be there in time.Your guide will be waiting at Uehara Port for the arrival of the 8:00 a.m. ferry from Ishigakijima.Upon arrival at Uehara Port, please meet your guide holding a signboard that reads 【PiPi】.

Will my clothes get wet on the tour?

Q. Can I see the sunset/sunrise/stars?

A. We are dealing with nature.We cannot promise "never."The weather on the islands is changeable, and no matter how cloudy it is, there is no guarantee that you will be able to see the islands. (Tours are generally held even on rainy or cloudy days.)
Also, the above tours are not available as a day trip to Ishigaki Island.

Q.Do you have any photos from the tour?

A. During the tour, the guide will take your pictures with a waterproof camera,We will present the data to you free of charge.There is no need to bring your own precious camera to the water!

Q. How can I get photo data?

A. The photo data is basically presented to the customer using a smart phone.If you have the LINE messaging application or can use the AirDrop function of the iPhone series, you can send the photo data without any problem. Q. How do I make a payment?

A. Payment can be made by credit card in advance or in cash on the day of the event.In case of local cash settlement, there is only one post office where you can withdraw cash in Uehara area of Iriomote Island, which is very inconvenient. Cash can bePlease prepare in advance in Ishigaki Island or pay by card.

Q. What are the cancellation fees?

A. In the event of cancellation by the customer, a cancellation fee will be charged in accordance with the following cancellation policy.

  • Up to the day before the date of participation:free
  • Day of participation:100% of tour fee
  • Cancellation without notice:100% of tour fee

However, flight cancellations, etc.No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations due to force majeure!
