A field day on the beach surrounded by the great nature of Iriomote Island! Environmental protection activities were also incorporated in the program, and we were able to learn the importance of protecting the beauty of nature. I was able to have my picture taken with lots of smiling faces, and it became a memory that will last a lifetime!

The beach sports festival we experienced on Iriomote Island was a program that not only allowed us to truly enjoy ourselves, but also reminded us of the importance of teamwork. Although we participated in the event as a company trip, the competitions held on the beach, an unusual setting, brought everyone back to their childhood and got everyone enthusiastic about the event. In particular, we were able to increase communication with team members with whom we normally have little contact, and we were able to learn about a side of them that we don't see at work. The ingenuity of each competition was wonderful, and everyone felt a sense of unity at the end, with laughter and serious competition. The beautiful scenery of the island was also very relaxing and refreshing!

I enjoyed the World Heritage site as much as I could!
We had a large group, but the staff was very accommodating and made the field day very enjoyable.
