The buffalo tour of Barras Island and Yubu Island was a wonderful experience! The beaches on Barasu Island were beautiful and the snorkeling was enjoyable. I was impressed by the buffalo on Yubu Island. The guide gave us detailed explanations and we learned the importance of nature conservation. It was an unforgettable memory!

The weather was beautiful and the water was very clear, and when I got my mask stuck in the water on the second dive and was swept away in a matter of minutes, the divemaster was there with a rescue float and helped me get my mask back on. I was able to snorkel after that with peace of mind! I was able to fully enjoy Iriomote Island by riding on a buffalo while listening to tranquil sanshin (Okinawan traditional three-stringed instrument) music!

I was nervous about snorkeling because it had been a long time since I had been there, but the guide explained everything carefully and clearly, was very attentive, and made me feel at ease. After getting in the water, the guide explained about corals, fishes, and many other things, and took many pictures, so I was very satisfied! After showering, we went to Yubu Island in the afternoon. The buffalo were cute and the sanshin (Okinawan three-stringed instrument) player was fun!

We decided to use this company because they were very kind and helpful when we called to ask if our first grader would be able to experience the tour. I told them that I definitely wanted to go ashore on Baras Island, and they confirmed this with a tide table and told me that they had box glasses, so I could apply for the experience without worrying about the worst case scenario of my child getting scared.
When he joined, at first he said he was afraid of not being able to get his feet wet, but once he peeked in, he saw so many fish that he enjoyed it and didn't come out until the water was in his goggles.
The shower rooms were clean, there were plenty of them, and there was a reasonable distance between the changing area and the shower area, which was good because my luggage did not get wet.

I was very grateful for the pick up and drop off. I am weak in the morning, so it was really helpful. The tropical atmosphere of Yubu Island was very nice. It was my first experience of snorkeling, but it was a happy time without any complaints.

The sea was muddy due to rain the day before, but we could see beautiful corals and clown fish. On Yubu Island, we were able to ride on a water buffalo, which was different from the one on Taketomi Island, and it was an extraordinary experience!
