Although we participated in the event as a company trip, the competitions held on the beach, an unusual setting, brought everyone back to their childhood and got everyone enthusiastic about the event. In particular, we were able to increase communication with team members with whom we normally have little contact, and we were able to learn about a side of them that we don't see at work. The ingenuity of each competition was wonderful, and everyone felt a sense of unity at the end, with laughter and serious competition. The beautiful scenery of the island was also very relaxing and refreshing!
