Full-time employees

• Basically, it is year-round.
• Up to 60 days of vacation may be taken, although only during the off-season (November through February).

<Monthly salary

230,000 yen to 850,000 yen
✩ Bonuses available (based on company regulations)
✩ Many staff in their early 20s with base salaries of 300,000 yen or more.

✩ The salary level is one of the highest in the remote islands of Okinawa.

Ship license allowance: 2,000 yen per ship operation up to 5 times (500 yen per operation for 6 or more times)
Middle-size car license allowance: 2,000 yen/trip for up to 5 trips (500 yen/trip for 6 or more trips)

5,000 to 10,000 yen/month
Housing allowance: 15,000 yen (if living outside company dormitory)
Administrative allowance: 10,000 yen
■ Business trip allowance: 1,000 yen/day for help to other departments and islands (500 yen/day after 7 days), etc.

• Two days off per week (shift system)
  *During peak season, the number of days may be reduced to 6 days per month depending on the store's operating conditions.

Common to all employees

• Social security, workers' compensation and unemployment insurance
• Paid vacation 10 days per year(Regulation paid vacation rate: 100%)
