class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h1>\n<p>NASH Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as \u201cthe Company\u201d) hereby establishes the following Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as \u201cthese Terms\u201d) regarding the tours, reservation services, website, and other services provided through \u201cIriomote Island ADVENTURE PiPi,\u201d which is operated by the Company.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%E7%AC%AC1%E6%9D%A1%EF%BC%88%E9%81%A9%E7%94%A8%EF%BC%89\"><\/span>Article 1 (Application)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>These Terms and Conditions apply to the relationship between the Company and users regarding the use of the Iriomote Island ADVENTURE PiPi website operated by the Company, its reservation services, various activities and tours, RCS, SMS, MMS, email, and other messaging services (hereinafter collectively referred to as \u201cthe Services\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>When using this Service or making a reservation, users shall review these Terms of Service and the conditions set forth on each tour and plan page, and shall use this Service only after agreeing to them.<\/p>\n<p>If any individual terms, precautions, participation requirements, cancellation policies, or other provisions are set forth on the pages for each tour or plan, such provisions shall also constitute part of these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific provisions, the specific provisions shall take precedence.<\/p>\n<p>Reservation sites operated by third parties, travel agencies, sales agents, or other affiliated sales providers (hereinafter referred to as \u201cAffiliated Sales Sites, etc.\u201d), the terms and conditions and transaction terms established by such Affiliated Sales Sites, etc. shall take precedence with respect to the application, confirmation, modification, and cancellation of such reservations, as well as the handling of cancellation fees; these Terms and Conditions shall apply only to the extent that they do not conflict with such terms and conditions.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%E7%AC%AC2%E6%9D%A1%EF%BC%88%E4%BA%88%E7%B4%84%E3%81%AE%E7%94%B3%E8%BE%BC%E3%81%BF%E3%81%8A%E3%82%88%E3%81%B3%E6%88%90%E7%AB%8B%EF%BC%89\"><\/span>Article 2 (Reservation Requests and Confirmation)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Users shall apply to make reservations for tours and other services using the method specified by the Company.<\/li>\n<li>Users shall provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding their name, phone number, email address, number of participants, and any other information required by the Company at the time of booking.<\/li>\n<li>A reservation shall be deemed confirmed at the time the Company or the reservation system used by the Company sends a confirmation notice to the user. However, in cases where a reservation is made through a partner sales site or similar platform, the time at which the reservation is deemed confirmed shall be determined in accordance with the terms and conditions of such partner sales site or similar platform.<\/li>\n<li>We may be unable to accept your reservation due to the tour being fully booked, operational requirements, safety concerns, or other unavoidable circumstances.<\/li>\n<li>Minors must obtain the consent of a parent or other legal guardian before making a reservation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%E7%AC%AC3%E6%9D%A1%EF%BC%88%E4%BA%88%E7%B4%84%E8%80%85%E3%81%8A%E3%82%88%E3%81%B3%E5%8F%82%E5%8A%A0%E8%80%85%EF%BC%89\"><\/span>Article 3 (Reservations and Participants)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>If a user makes a reservation on behalf of multiple participants, that user (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cReserver\u201d) is deemed to have the necessary authority to submit the reservation on behalf of the participants.<\/li>\n<li>The person making the reservation shall ensure that all participants are made aware in advance of these Terms and Conditions, the participation requirements, precautions, cancellation policies, and any other conditions provided by the Company for each tour or plan, and shall submit the reservation only after obtaining the necessary consent.<\/li>\n<li>The person making the reservation shall provide accurate information regarding the participants\u2019 ages, health conditions, and any other information we require to determine their eligibility to participate in the tour.<\/li>\n<li>With regard to participants, those provisions of these Terms and Conditions that, by their nature, apply to participants shall apply.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%E7%AC%AC4%E6%9D%A1%EF%BC%88%E5%88%A9%E7%94%A8%E6%96%99%E9%87%91%E3%81%8A%E3%82%88%E3%81%B3%E6%94%AF%E6%89%95%E3%81%84%EF%BC%89\"><\/span>Article 4 (Usage Fees and Payment)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>The fees for this service are as shown on the respective tour and plan pages, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Payment methods and due dates shall be as specified on each tour and plan page or as indicated at the time of booking.<\/li>\n<li>Internet connection fees, communication charges, and any other costs necessary to use this service shall be borne by the user.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%E7%AC%AC5%E6%9D%A1%EF%BC%88%E4%BA%88%E7%B4%84%E5%A4%89%E6%9B%B4%E3%81%8A%E3%82%88%E3%81%B3%E3%82%AD%E3%83%A3%E3%83%B3%E3%82%BB%E3%83%AB%EF%BC%89\"><\/span>Article 5 (Reservation Changes and Cancellations)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>The cancellation policies listed on each tour and plan page apply to changes or cancellations made by customers.<\/li>\n<li>Depending on the timing of the cancellation and other conditions specified on each tour and plan page, a prescribed cancellation fee may apply. However, this does not apply if otherwise provided by law.<\/li>\n<li>In the event of repeated no-shows, fraudulent reservations, or any other conduct that interferes with the proper operation of this service, we may refuse future reservations or use of this service.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%E7%AC%AC6%E6%9D%A1%EF%BC%88%E3%83%84%E3%82%A2%E3%83%BC%E3%81%AE%E5%A4%89%E6%9B%B4%E3%83%BB%E4%B8%AD%E6%AD%A2%EF%BC%89\"><\/span>Article 6 (Tour Changes and Cancellations)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>In the event that we determine that it is difficult to conduct the tour safely due to weather, sea conditions, river conditions, natural disasters, typhoons, suspension of public transportation, facility closures, or other reasons, we may change the tour details, location, or schedule, or cancel the tour.<\/p>\n<p>If we cancel the entire tour, we will refund the tour fees already paid by the customer. However, if there are specific provisions regarding the eligibility for refunds and the method of refund, we will follow those provisions.<\/p>\n<p>With regard to the handling of fees when a tour is conducted with modifications to part of the itinerary, such handling shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of each plan, taking into account the nature of the changes and other relevant circumstances.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%E7%AC%AC7%E6%9D%A1%EF%BC%88%E5%8F%82%E5%8A%A0%E6%9D%A1%E4%BB%B6%E3%81%8A%E3%82%88%E3%81%B3%E5%AE%89%E5%85%A8%E7%AE%A1%E7%90%86%EF%BC%89\"><\/span>Article 7 (Participation Requirements and Safety Management)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Users and participants shall ensure that they meet the age, health, physical fitness, and other participation requirements specified for each tour before participating.<\/li>\n<li>We may refuse participation to pregnant women, individuals with pre-existing medical conditions, those concerned about their health, individuals who have been drinking alcohol, or anyone else whom we reasonably determine cannot participate safely.<\/li>\n<li>Users and participants must follow the safety instructions given by our staff and guides during the tour.<\/li>\n<li>If a user or participant fails to follow safety instructions, we may refuse to allow them to participate in or continue the tour.<\/li>\n<li>Regarding the participation of minors, parental consent must be obtained as necessary, in accordance with the conditions specified for each plan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%E7%AC%AC8%E6%9D%A1%EF%BC%88%E7%A6%81%E6%AD%A2%E4%BA%8B%E9%A0%85%EF%BC%89\"><\/span>Article 8 (Prohibited Acts)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Users and participants must not engage in the following actions when using this Service.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The act of registering or reporting false or inaccurate information<\/li>\n<li>Impersonating another person to make a reservation or use this service<\/li>\n<li>Any conduct that causes inconvenience, disadvantage, or harm to our company, other users, participants, or third parties<\/li>\n<li>Violence, verbal abuse, intimidation, harassment, or any other inappropriate behavior toward our staff, guides, or other participants<\/li>\n<li>Deliberately failing to follow safety instructions given by our staff or guides<\/li>\n<li>Acts that interfere with the operation of this service<\/li>\n<li>Unauthorized access to websites, reservation systems, etc., or any other actions that place an excessive load on the system<\/li>\n<li>Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or duplication of our images, text, logos, or other content<\/li>\n<li>Acts that violate laws or public order and morals<\/li>\n<li>In addition, any conduct that we reasonably determine to be inappropriate in light of the intent of these Terms or the proper operation of the Service<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\"
