Q.What’s a memorable story about a customer?

A grandmother and her granddaughter signed up for the tour, but due to the age restriction, the grandmother was unable to participate, so the granddaughter joined on her own. She seemed a little nervous at first, but the moment she entered the water, her expression completely changed, and she enjoyed herself with a smile on her face throughout the entire tour. We were even able to take a photo of her with a clownfish, and it turned out to be a truly wonderful shot.

Q.How do you spend your days off?

Fishing and movies.

Q.What are the "must-see" highlights of your top-recommended tour?

I really want you to see the crystal-clear waters around Iriomote Island and its vibrant, beautiful coral.

Q.What kind of customers would you recommend this to?

For families. For those who want to discover the joy of playing in nature.

Dear Mihoka / Mangrove Canoeing & Yufu Island Sightseeing

It was my first time on Iriomote Island, and I joined a tour that included a mangrove canoe trip—something I’d been wanting to try—and a tour of Yubu Island.
Koma-chan, who was our guide, was fun and easy to understand, and everyone who participated was so nice—it was a really great experience!!
Since it was a day trip, I really appreciated the transportation to the port and the shower facilities.
I'd love to use your service again if I get the chance!

Hiroto / Mangrove SUP/Canoeing & Canyoning

We took our family of four on the “Thrilling River Adventure Course!” (SUP or Canoe & Canyoning). Our guide, Koma-chan, gave us lots of fun and interesting explanations about Iriomote, so even though the weather was unfortunately rainy, we had a fulfilling and enjoyable day. Jumping into the waterfall during the canyoning part was also amazing. Thank you, Koma-chan! 😊

ME MONGA / Splash Canyoning

The other day, I went on a canyoning tour 😆
Koma-chan’s friendly and approachable manner, along with her clear explanations at key points, made me feel completely at ease during the tour. 😊

It rained a little, but that actually made it feel even more like a jungle, which made the canyoning even more fun. 👍

Koma-chan, that was so much fun! Thanks a lot! 😆
